Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 day excluding weekends or holidays. If there are any expected delays, you will be contacted ASAP.

 We ship worldwide. We may use a different method to ship to you than selected at checkout and possibly ship from a different location if this gets the parts to you faster. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your order may show up in multiple shipments.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

If you need shipping to a PO box or APO/FPO please contact us for a shipping quote and options.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as it is available. We do not send untracked packages.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

DJ’s Performance Auto Parts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
